These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LyraAI and the software, content, and services (collectively, "Services") offered through the informational website https://www.meetlyra.com, the product website, and its aliases and subdomains (the "Website").

Please read these terms carefully before you start using the Services.

The terms "LyraAI," "us," or "we" refer to Exodia Studio, a software company that designed and built LyraAI, incorporated in Italy, and operating in Italy.

The term "device" refers to the device used to access the Services, including but not limited to computers, smartphones, and tablets.

The term "you" refers to the user of the Services.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES MENTIONED IN THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE, YOU AND LYRAAI AGREE THAT DISPUTES RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOU AND LYRAAI WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

1. OUR SERVICES

LyraAI is a virtual companion chatbot available on Telegram, designed for users aged 18 and older. The service operates under a pay-as-you-go model with credit packs and a lifetime access option. There is also a free tier with limited access.

1.1 Medical disclaimer

LyraAI is a provider of software and content designed to improve your mood and emotional wellbeing. However we are not a healthcare or medical device provider, nor should our Services be considered medical care, mental health services or other professional services. Only your physician or other healthcare providers can do that. While there is third party evidence from research that certain conversation techniques implemented in LyraAI can assist in the recovery process for a wide array of conditions, LyraAI makes no claims, representations or guarantees that the Services provide a therapeutic benefit.

1.2 Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that LyraAI will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using LyraAI, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. LyraAI is not intended for use by individuals under this age threshold. By accessing the chatbot, you confirm your legal ability to enter into this agreement.

3. PRICING AND CREDIT PACKS

LyraAI uses a pay-as-you-go model with credit packs purchased via Telegram Stars. There are no recurring subscriptions.

4. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payments are handled securely through Telegram Stars, Telegram's built-in payment system. By purchasing credit packs, you authorize Telegram to process payments on your behalf.

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues rendering the chatbot non-functional for a significant duration.
  • Accidental charges reported within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Other legitimate claims evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests must be submitted to our support team on Telegram.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

When using LyraAI, you agree:

  • Not to use the chatbot for any unlawful or abusive purposes.
  • To respect the boundaries of the chatbot and avoid attempting to extract unauthorized information.
  • Not to share, resell, or exploit the chatbot's content or functionality for commercial gain.
  • To use the chatbot in accordance with applicable laws and Telegram's community guidelines.

6. DATA PRIVACY

LyraAI does not store user data beyond what is necessary for immediate interaction.

LyraAI uses AI APIs to deliver its services. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the security of these interactions, we cannot guarantee absolute data security when interacting with third-party providers.

7. DISCLAIMER

  • LyraAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • LyraAI is an entertainment service and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, or emergency advice.
  • The company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the chatbot, including but not limited to data loss, emotional distress, or financial loss.

9. TERMINATION

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turin.
